Back in college, one of my classmates was from Morocco. He was a really good person so I wanted to hang out with him. One day, we were supposed to meet at a barbeque restaurant. I just wanted to drink beer and some pork with him because the place specialized in pork. But all of sudden, he got upset. At first, I freaked out because I had no idea why he got upset. But I found out he was Muslim. If I knew about the culture, things might have been different.
