Hey! Thank you so much for the amazing work.
I'd like to ask: isn't the answer of the third question of the 5th passage C instead of B? She didn't actually prove the teacher misworded the instructions. As a matter of fact, the fourth question of the same passage proves that he didn't. Rather, she was confirming if she had understood the assignment instructions correctly.

First conversation 3 question, how can you say the answer is A "Linguistic Major", linguistic can mean any language it need not be Spanish. Also, if she has a major in German but still knows Spanish it is likely to increase her chances to go to Guatemala. Why not C being the answer. I remeber the coversation said she needs to have a Spanish Major but A/C both seem to be half right

wow! just wow!
I'm currently studying Japanese, and we also have listening part.
this is the first time that I tried TOEFL listening! and I can say that this is much more difficult than JLPT listening.
maybe because I heard a lot of technical words.
Though I got most of the question correctly here since I'd study English since I was a kid.. but still can't speak fluently and already forgot most the english words that don't use in normal conversation.
Frank Jin says
did my TOEFL in 2004 … I may remember it wrong ,but isn't this conversation way too … casual ? i mean, the tone and the way how people talk in it.
Gissel says
For the questions that ask you to choose 2 answers, if you get only one wrong then you don't get any points?

Where are correct answers???
Harshit Mehrotra says
Passage 1, Q3, option A – in the video it says "Linguistics major" but in the PDF it is "Spanish major". Hence the question in the video is very confusing between option A and C.

Bhuwan Bhatt says
For lectures, the pace of the audio is too fast. I cross checked with the materials from ETS, the audio pace in official materials is not as fast as in the video. Better rely on official resources for practice
