He would've stopped to do it if I told him not to do it.

Hi, Vanessa.Can you help me answer the question: what is the difference between the words act acting action? I don't understand why I can't distinguish gerunds and nouns. for example :listen and listening are sometimes confused with verbs . I hope you will solve my question.

I've heard "Shall" a couple of times in some videos where someone used "Shall" when she/he suggested someone else. Like, "Let's go to the beach, shall we?".
In your video, you said nobody uses "shall" in america. So i'm kinda confused. Can you help me with explanation about this case? 🙏
