Wow! I love how it's discussed straight to the point! Most of the time, I skip few seconds in some english lessons that I watch, but this one is just so great that I can't fast forward anything as every word that they say is just so important. They've really applied the right sentence structure in everything they said. No sentence makes no sense.
(Sorry if my sentence structure in this comment is wrong. I'm still at intermmidiate level in learning English. Please just correct me if I'm wrong^^)

To my beloved OOE team- I live in London and I've also found this video very useful because it has reminded me the grammar THAT I forgot, (would it be grammatically incorrect if I omitted 'that'? I believe so because looking at your eg: 'the wooden table WHICH…' I believe that even those of us that speak English omit grammatical bits because we don't know so rather than say something wrong and run the risk of looking stupid, we just play it safe!) could you teach us how to 'grammatically decode any sentence'? I want to be able to read something (in the paper or book) and know what every bit stands for. Thanks.

Hi there i would just like to clarify if my idea was right, based on whatI read from other sources, complex sentence is composed of 1 independent clause and 1 dependent clause. But in your example at 13:38 you named it as complex sentence. Can you please explain it to me? Thank you and you both did a good job in explaining this topic.
